Platform's Right to Change

Platform May Modify Any Policy, Term, or Feature at Any Time

SeekhoBecho reserves the absolute and unilateral right to modify, add, remove, or replace any policy, term, condition, subscription plan feature, Pearl earn rate, game rule, prize structure, or platform feature at any time. This right is a fundamental condition of Platform access and is agreed upon at account registration.

Version Control

All Platform policies carry a version number (e.g., v1.0, v2.0). The current effective version of each policy is always the one published on www.seekhobecho.com/policies. Version history is retained for 7 years. The version in effect on the date of a transaction or dispute governs that transaction/dispute.

Continued Use = Acceptance

Continuing to Use the Platform = Acceptance of Updated Terms

If a Subscriber continues to use the Platform after a policy change takes effect, they are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If a Subscriber does not accept updated terms, their only remedy is to stop using the Platform and request account deletion.
